Cancellation Policy

I want every Golden Glo experience to be seamless - for you and for me. These policies exist so we are both on the same page before you ever step into the studio or before I load up my kit and hit the road. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to everything below. CONFIRMATION. Your appointment isn't official until the deposit is collected. All appointments booked online require a valid card on file or deposit at the time of booking. You'll receive a confirmation email once your online booking has been completed. DEPOSITS. A non-refundable deposit is required to book. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your service total. This protects everyone's time - mine for planning and yours for actually showing up to your appointment. In-studio appointments require a $15 deposit; Mobile appointments require a $25 deposit. CANCELLATIONS. Life happens - just give me 48 hours notice. No hard feelings - I just ask that you do it at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This gives me enough time to offer your slot to someone else, especially important for mobile bookings where I am also factoring in travel time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS. A $50 fee applies - no exceptions. Cancellations inside the 48-hour window and missed appointments without notice will be charged a $50 fee to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay in full for future bookings. LATE ARRIVALS. Please be on time - especially for mobile appointments. If you're running late, please reach out as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or a rescheduled appointment at my discretion. For mobile bookings especially. I'm working within a tight schedule and can't always absorb delays without it affecting my next client. REFUNDS. Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued. Spray tan results are directly impacted by client prep and aftercare - which is why I provide detailed instructions before every appointment. If you have concerns about your results, please reach out within 24 hours and I'll do my best to make it right. IMPORTANT NOTE: Results that are impacted by skipping prep steps, shaving post-tan, or heavy moisturizing before your appointment are not eligible for a refund. PLEASE follow the instructions. They exist for a reason.
